The banana screen combines best of both worlds - High Capacity of a Circular Motion Inclined Screen and High Efficiency of a Horizontal Linear Motion Screen. The banana screens are linear motion screens driven using geared excitors imported from Germany. The screen finds its application in sizing, washing and de-watering applications across industries like Coal, Cement, Aggregate etc. Banana screens are available in single deck and double deck configurations and have capacities ranging from 100 tph to 500 tph. On the first section of the screen material picks up at high velocity, materials removed at a high rate. Drive The screens have a geared vibrating mechanism imported from Germany. The mechanism has adjustable counterweights and the bearings are oil lubricated. The mechanisms can be either belt or direct driven using a standard induction motor. Consumption of power is at least 20% lower than our competitors owing to superior design of vibrating mechanisms.
