Circular Motion Screen finds its applications in a variety of industries in Cement, Aggregates, Coal etc and various other sizing applications. The screens are available in single deck, double deck and triple deck configurations. The screens have belt-driven circular motion drives with adjustable speed and amplitudes. The screens are rugged and require very little maintenance while it offers high capacity/sq.mt. screening area. Screening capacities ranging from 100 tph to 600 tph are available. Material of Construction • Side plates: Fully kilned steel plates • Cross members: Rectangular hollow sections (cold formed) • Corrosion resistance: Rubber lagging on cross members (optional) • Body painted using structural grade epoxies. No crevices - thereby preventing accumulation moisture • Wear resistance:The feed and discharge lips the wear prone areas are lined using Special compounds of reinforced rubber. Salient Features Double deck Circular motion screens have a 15º to 20º inclination for allowing material to evenly spread out on the screening surface for removal of undersize particles and for higher efficiency/sq.mt. area available. The screens work on lower RPM for higher retention time on the screen deck. Amplitude of the machine is factory set for best performance. • No welding on the side wall plates. Fully bolted structure. • Welding on cross members is stress relieved prior to assembly. • Wear and corrosion lining are standard to all equipments. • Counterweights are guarded for operator safety. • Screening deck can be tensioned from the sides with ease and can be replaced/removed without much effort. • Machine painted using special corrosion resistant paints for longer life. Application Circular motion screens finds its application in most of the mineral and cement industries which demand dry screening or sizing of material. Capacities The circular motion screens are available in single double and triple deck configurations and the capacities range from a 100 – 600 tph single installation. Drive The circular motion screens has a counterweight on shaft design for easy adjustment of screen amplitude. The bearings are special spherical roller screen duty bearings which are grease lubricated for superior bearing life and quiet operation. The screens are generally V-Belt driven but depending on the application a screen with a direct drive also can be offered
